Making A Financial Donation
By supporting the Foundation in our mission to restore and preserve sight, you rescue thousands of children from the heartbreak of vision loss as well as the cornea transplant recipients who are given the gift of sight through our Heartland Lions Eye Banks and the patients who are finally undergoing the eye surgeries they’ve been praying for, but could never afford.
To team up with the Foundation to fight blindness, you can give a one-time donation or join our new monthly giving program. Signing up is simple, and by providing a sustaining gift, you help support our six sight-saving programs throughout 2011 and beyond. Most important, your funds go to work immediately, allowing us to serve those individuals most in need right now.
With your monthly pledge of $10, you help us screen 24 preschoolers a year for the leading causes of childhood blindness and refer at least 1 for follow-up treatment. With $25 a month, that number jumps to 3 children referred. Imagine – knowing you’ll save the sight of 3 children next year through your monthly donation.
